摘要
论述了型钢预弯复合梁的基本原理、优缺点和应用场合 ,说明了预弯复合梁桥的建造过程 ,阐明了型钢预弯复合梁在制造与施工过程中对拱度的控制、横向稳定的控制、残余应力的消除以及预弯力的控制等关键技术 ,并利用预弯复合梁正式预弯制作前的预弯试验证明了控制这些参数的重要性和如何控制这些参数。在实际预弯制作过程中的实测结果表明 ,所选定的控制参数是正确的 。
This paper first introduces the fundamenta l principles of the Steel-concrete Preflex Prestressed Composite Beam and its adv antage over other types of bridge, the detail process of its construction, and t he necessity of its application in this specific case as well as the important m easures taken into account in the process of the pre-fabrication of Preflex Pre stressed Composite Beams. The loading tests before the pre-fabrication of Prefl ex Prestressed Composite Beams are used to validate various measures to control the transverse stability, initial deflection configuration and to determine the loading forces. The results obtained from the in-situ construction-monitoring test demonstrate the importance of the initial deflection configuration, transve rsal stability and the loading forces as well as the release of residual stresse s and the way of controlling them.
