在海上人命财产安全日益受到关注的今天,各国海事部门都在加大力度抓安全质量.中国船级社作为IACS正式会员和中国船检的主力军,在不断发展壮大的过程中,视安全质量为生命,向低标准船宣战,将安全理念贯穿于工作的全过程,提高了船舶质量,有效地降低了PSC滞留率.回顾这几年的工作,本刊记者(以下简称"记")专访了中国船级社副总裁李青平先生(以下简称"李").

In a time when increasing concern is focused on the safety of life and property at sea, maritime departments in every country are making great efforts on safety and quality. As a full member of LACS and the main ship survey force in China, CCS always takes safety and quality as her lifeline, fights against sub-standard shipping, implants the safety conception in the work process, improves the quality of ships and effectively lowers the PSC detention ratio.
