摘要
交通是国民经济发展的基础产业,在实际操作中具有很强的政策性,如何在提倡国际合作的新形势下,加快水运交通招商引资的步伐,成为我国水路运输及其服务业快速发展的一个实际问题。9月,第六届中国投资贸易洽谈会期间,交通部水运司王明志处长在中国服务领域吸引外资研讨会上,作了有关调整外资政策的主题发言。本刊记者为此进行了采访。
The cargo transportation handled by means of water accounts for 54.6% of those within the overall transportation system and shoulders 87% of the cargo transportation tasks from the foreign trade. In recent two years, the total volume of import and export of foreign trade occupies 44% of the GDP. From this, we can see that water transportation is really making a grand contribution to our economic development. According to the analysis of the experts from WTO secretariat, the opening level of China's ocean transportation has already outstripped the average level of the WTO members. The top priority for China's water transportation in future is to promote the integration of market policies between domestic and international water transportation and actively promote the trade freedom of ocean transportation.
