摘要
按全身计数与 K浓度测定的直接法和摄入量估算的间接法 ,采用更新的计算方法和参数 ,估算了我国成年男子 4 0 K内照射剂量。直接法和间接法估算的年平均有效剂量分别为 0 .1 66m Sv和 0 .1 45 m Sv。推荐直接法估算值 0 .1 66m Sv暂时作为我国参考值 ,该值与世界参考值基本一致。但是其中按全身计数结果的估算值 (0 .1 70 m Sv)比按器官组织测定结果的估算值 (0 .1 40 m Sv)稍高 ,可归因于全身计数测量年青受检人员比例过大。由此可推理 ,本文所提出的我国 4 0 K所致内照射剂量参考值推荐值 (0 .1 66m Sv)可能也有所高估。最后 。
Internal doses of 40 K to Chinese adult man were estimated from both direct methods (including whole body counting and K concentration determination) and indirect method (K ingestion estimation), by use of international standard calculation method and up dated parameters. The annual average effective doses from direct and indirect method are 0.166 mSv and 0.145 mSv respectively. The estimated value from direct method,0.166 mSv,is recommended as the reference value in China at present, which is basically consistent with present reference value in the world. But it is showed that the estimated value from results of whole body counting (0.170 m Sv) is slightly higher than that from K concentration determinations (0.142 m Sv), attributable to higher ratio of young objects in these whole body counting examinations. Therefore, the recommended reference value maybe somewhat over-estimated too. Finally, evaluation of present data and some suggestions for further research also are discussed.
