关于贫困地区贫困文化问题的探讨——以西海固地区为例

Discussion on Problems of Poverty Culture in Impoverished Areas——A Case Study on Xi-Hai-Gu Region

本文以西海固地区为例 ,分析探讨了在当地环境和文化相互作用的因果机制下贫困地区特有的文化现象及其对贫困维持的重要作用 ,指出这一文化的核心——当地农户安贫知命、自我均衡的心态与思想观念 ,是使中国贫困农村长期无法摆脱贫困的根源所在 。

Through a massive investigation in Xi-Gu region in Ningxia province,a analysis of the causes of poverty was stricken made.Based on the analysis,some suggestions on the solutions for the above problems were put forward,and a good solution to the similar problems in the other impoverished areas was offered.
