摘要
用生长过白口蘑菌丝的培养液室温下培养小麦和苜蓿萌动种子。结果表明生长过白口蘑菌丝的培养液对这两种植物幼芽有明显的促生长激素样作用 ,这种促进生长作用的大小还和菌丝的生长量有正相关关系 ,而且对不同植物或不同器官的作用大小也不同。说明白蘑菌丝在生长过程中分泌出一些促进植物生长的激素类物质。实验还表明这类物质的酸碱稳定性较差 。
The culture fluid in which the fungus of Tricholoma mongolicum Imai had been growing for about 3 weeks was used to culture wheat (Triticum aestivum) or alfalfa (Medicago lupulina). The results showed that the culture fluid in which the Tricholoma mongolicum Imai had been growing had a significant function of promoting the growth of young shoots of the plant . And the intensity of this effect was related to the amount of fungus in the fluid. The effect was different on different plant or different organ. This suggested that the fungus might secrete some material that had the function like plant regulator. It also showed that the material was unstable in the condition of extreme pH and higher temperature.
