讨论了 3× 3方案影响评价的分类、影响潜值的计算、标准化基准及定量权重和定性权重的确定 ,并以全球变暖和臭氧层破坏这两个全球性问题为例 ,初步提出了定量和定性相结合的生命周期环境影响评价 3×
The classification of Environmental Impact Assessment of 3×3 project, calculation of latent value influence, and standarzing basis are discussed. Toking two global problems of global warming and destruction of ozonosphere as examples,3×3 project model of enviromental impact assessment of life cycle by quantity incorporating with quality is presented preliminary.
