城市垃圾焚烧阶段分析研究

Analyzing of Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Stages.

探讨了垃圾焚烧的预热、水分蒸发、挥发物析出、固定炭燃烧与灰化等各个阶段的划分 ,并对深圳市生活垃圾中的橡胶塑料、纤维、纸、竹木、厨余在各阶段中燃烧情况进行了分析研究 ,得出结论 :低热值、高水分的城市生活垃圾在燃烧过程中水分蒸发量大 ,挥发物析出剧烈 ,固定炭燃烧过程缓慢且微弱 。

Stages dividing method for waste incineration process that contains preheating,water evaporation,volatile devolatilization,fixed carbon combustion and turning to ash ect.was discussed.Combustion situations of rubber,textile,paper,wood and kitchen residue in domestic waste at different stages were analysed.The result showed that water evaporation quantity is quite a lot,volatile separation out is violently and fixed carbon combustion is slowly and weak even not obviously for low calorific value and high moisture content domestic waste.
