利用天然防渗层必须贯彻新规范的“等效原则”——学习和运用CJJ17-2001规范的体会

《城市生活垃圾卫生填埋技术规范》CJJ17-2 0 0 1提出了防渗等效原则 ,即 1.5mm厚的HDPE膜与 2m厚的渗透系数为 1× 10 - 7cm/s的粘土层防渗效果等效。以贵州省为例 ,说明在填埋场的建设中 ,运用新规范的等效原则 ,必须因地制宜 ,充分发挥自然资源的优势 ,降低防渗工程费用。
