Rearch on the Technological Innovation Service System in Nanjing

本文以 1997年— 1999年南京市技术创新投入与产出存在的反差为切入点 ,认为南京市技术创新服务体系在技术创新中的“缺项”是主要成因之一 ,在此基础上提出了深化改革与制度创新 。

This thesis has taken the contrast between the investment and turnout o f the technological innovation in Nanjing city from 1997 to 1999 as the cutting point and believed, that the “gap items”of the technological innovation in the Technological Innovation Service System in Nanjing is one of the contributing f actors. On this basis the paper has made political suggestions of deepning refor m and systematical innovation for building the Technological Innovation Service System in Nanjing.
