电子政务发展与南京的对策

The Development of E-Government and Measures for Nanjing M unicipality

加快电子政务发展已成为我国各级政府机构的紧迫任务 ,南京市虽已取得了一定的成绩 ,但还有很长的路要走。本文从系统分析电子政务的基本问题入手 ,总结了南京市电子政务发展所取得的进展 ,探讨了当前存在的主要问题 ,并结合南京市的实际 。

It is urgent for all the governments to develop E-Government in Chin a. Although Nanjing Municipality has made some progress in it, there are a lot o f problems should be solved. In this paper, the author begins with analyzing the basic problems about E-Government in detail; and then, summarizes the achieveme nts of Nanjing Municipality for developing E-Government and discusses the existi ng problems now; at the end, some practicable measures on how to prompt the deve lopment of E-Government in Nanjing Municipality have been put forward.
