Improve the Competence of Foreign Trade of Jiangsu Province by Utilizing Foreign Capital

江苏是外向型经济较为发达的一个省份。面对加入WTO的契机 ,如何把握进一步改革开放的历史机遇、积极有效地利用外资、提升江苏的外贸竞争力 ,是一个既具理论意义更具实际意义的重大课题。本文主要是从江苏的外贸竞争力、利用外资的现状出发 ,分析存在问题 。

Jiangsu is a relatively advanced provinc e with foreign oriented economy. Facing the opportunity of China's entry into WTO, how to catch the historic chances of reform and opening up a step further, how to actively and efficiently use foreign capital a nd how to improve the competence of foreign trade of Jiangsu, are important themes with th eoretical and practical significance. From the perspective of the competence of foreign tr ade of Jiangsu and the present position of utilizing foreign capital, this essay analys es the problems existed and probes into the policy suggestions of improving the competence of fo reign trade.
