加入WTO与我国私营企业的发展——兼论南京市的对策

Accessing WTO and the Development of the Private Enterprise of Chinese

对我国私营企业来说 ,中国加入世贸组织既获得了发展机遇 ,也面临着前所未有的挑战。本文在分析入世给我国私营企业带来的机遇和挑战、私营企业面临的外部环境、企业的经营管理水平的基础上 ,建议私营企业从明晰产权、建立公司组织形态、吃透WTO规则等方面提高国际竞争力 ;建议政府多一点服务 。

China accessing the Word Trade Organization will bring great challenge and opportunity to the development of the private enterprise of Chinese. In thi s thesis, I analyse the challenge and opportunity, the economic entironment surr ounding the private enterprise , the level of management of the private enterpri se ,and then advise that the private enterprise should improve the international competitive power, that the government should offer more service.
