摘要
本文以入世后中国社会主义市场经济体制体系发展完善和城市经济社会深化发展为背景 ,揭示了研讨经营城市的指导思想和目的 ,指出了当前经营城市方面存在的种种问题 ,从理论与实践的结合上系统论述了经营城市的丰富而又深刻的内涵 。
After entering WTO, under the background of improvement of the in stitution and system of China's socialist market economy, this paper portrays th e guiding thought and purpose to study and discuss urban operation, points out t he problems existing in current urban operation, systematically discusses the ri ch and deep connotation of urban operation from theory to practice, puts forward and proves the dual attributes of urban operation.
