针对城市经营过程中出现的片面化倾向 ,本文着重从经济学的角度重新审视了城市经营的内涵 ,强调了在市场化、资本化、产业化的城市经营过程 ,形成城市经济活动中心、发展城市功能设施、产业资本和可持续发展潜力 。

Regarding the recent biases in the process of urban management, this paper r eexamined the intention of urban management form the economic view. It focused o n the formation of urban economic center, functional infrastructure, industrial investment, sustaining development and urban competitiveness in the process of m arketization, capitalization and industrialization.
