美日两国知识产权战略:比较与启示

Strategies of U.S. and Japan's Intellectual Property:Comparison and Implication

美日两国均是成功实施知识产权战略的典范。美国是知识产权战略的创始国。日本依靠知识产权战略 ,成为能与美国抗衡的经济、科技强国。本文对两国政府知识产权战略的特点进行了比较分析 ,并针对中国国情提出一些具体建议。

U.S.A. and Japan are successful examples in adopting intellectual property strategies.The United States is the founding father of the intellectual property strategy. However, relying on its own strategy, Japan has become US' competitor in the fields of economy and technology. The characteristics of the two governments' intellectual property strategies are compared and analysed in this paper. Some specific suggestions on improvement of China's intellectual property strategy are also given considering its situation.
