精氨匹林注射剂人体药动学研究

Pharmacokinetic study of argine aspirin injection

目的 研究单剂量肌肉注射精氨匹林 5 0 0mg在 8名健康受试者中的药动学。方法 采用HPLC ,检测波长 2 37nm ,测定血药浓度。结果 精氨匹林注射剂主要人体药动学参数为tmax实 =(2± 0 .0 0 )h ,cmax实 =(6 6 .0 2± 16 .2 7)mg·L-1,t1/ 2 =(1.4 1± 0 .0 5 )h ,AUC0～t=197.76mg·h·L-1。

OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacokinetics of argine aspirin in 8 healthy volunteers following a single dose injection of 500 mg. METHOD: The salicylic acid concentrations in plasma were determined by HPLC method with the detection wavelength at 237 nm. RESULTS: The main pharmacokinetic parameters were: tmax = (2 ± 0.00) h, cmax = (66.02 ± 16.27) mg&middotL-1, t1/2 = (1. 41 ± 0.05) h, AUC0-t = 197.76 mg&middoth&middotL-1, respectively. CONCLUSION: The pharmacokinetics of argine aspirin injection in volunteers was accorded with one compartment model.
