摘要
以绿茶、白糖为主要原料,采用正交设计找出最佳发酵工艺条件和配方.通过微生物发酵生产富含细菌纤维素的绿茶饮料,独具风味,酸甜可口,清凉解热.
Using green tea and sugar as raw materials, the best conditions for crafts on fermented green tea have been found out by orthogonal experiments. The drink of green tea with rich bacterial cellulose has been made by fermentation;it has a special taste;its oral feel is acerbity and sweet.
