摘要
简要介绍了我国现行的建筑节能设计标准和正在编制的节能设计标准的主要内容,以及建筑节能工作所遇到的困难和对策。还介绍了北方供热体制的改革,它必将会推动我国建筑节能事业并带动有关产业的发展。
The paper briefly introduces the promulgated and developing standards for buildings in China. Also describes the barriers and countermeasures for promoting the energy efficiency efforts and finally the reform of payment for heating in the North of China which will promote the development of energy efficiency in buildings and related industries.
