摘要
通过试验研究发现 ,在80℃条件下 ,试件尺寸对砂浆棒的膨胀也有显著的影响 ,其规律相似于压蒸法及常温下的侧长方法。研究还发现 ,砂浆棒的相对膨胀率与集料中活性组分的反应程度有关。在这些研究的基础上 ,提出为了提高评定结果的可靠性 ,应采用较大尺寸的试件 ,较小粒径的集料 。
From alkali-silica reaction tests under 80℃ condition, it was fonnd that there is obvious effect of specimen's dimension on the expansian of mortar bar and the laws of length change are similar to that of under autoclaving or normal temperature condition. And it was also found that the relative rate of expansion of mortar bar relate to the reacted degree of active components in aggregate. According to this, to suggest that it is necessary to take larger speciment and smaller size of aggregate and properly to prolong the testing period, for improving the reliability of evaluation.
