摘要
详细论述了未来三四十年科技发展的三大战略方向及其与洁净的建筑微环境的关系。文章通过论证分析指出,为了向半导体芯片、医药和生物工程这三大科技战略方向进军,除了该学科本身工艺技术的提高外,其中一个最重要的环节是要向洁净挑战,创造一个洁净的室内微环境。从而提出,面对科技发展向建筑环境的挑战,必须努力发展洁净技术,建造一个整体洁净的微环境,赋予建筑在诸多功能之外的一个洁净新功能。
The relations between the three strategies for science and technology development and building micro environment in the future decades are discussed in this paper. By analysing and discussing , the paper point out that in order to march toward the 3 strategies of semiconductor chips, medicine and biological engineering , it is necessary to build a clean building micro environment in addition to improve the processing technology, that is to challenge the clean room technology. To meet the challenges from the development of science and technology, we should do our best to develop clean room technology, build up a a clean micro environment, to meet the demand of high and new technology development.
