钠盐对双灰粉强度影响的试验研究

The Effect of Na-salt on Strength of Lime-flyash Material

以NaCl、Na2 SO4和Na2 SiO3 为外加剂 ,通过试验分别研究其在不同掺量时对以干粗灰为主要原材料而制成的双灰粉强度尤其是早强的影响 ,并对每种外加剂促进双灰粉强度增长的机理进行了探讨。结果表明 ,NaCl、Na2 SO4和Na2 SiO3 的掺量分别控制在 1 5 %、1 0 %和 1 5 %时 ,早强效果最佳 ,对后期强度的提高也有不同程度的促进作用 ,且Na2 SiO3 的早强效果明显优于其它两种钠盐。

The Na salt such as NaCl?Na 2SO 4 and Na 2SiO 3 are used as additive of lime flyash material.The effect of each additive in different volume on strength,especially early strength of lime flyash material is studied and the mechanism of the intensity increased is discussed.The result shows that the forming early strength is easier when the percentage of NaCl?Na 2SO 4 and Na 2SiO 3 is 1.5%,1.0% and 1.5% respectively and the improving effect of the upper strength is advanced.The effect of early strength of Na 2SiO 3 is more obvious than other two kinds of sodium salt.\;
