The Steel Structure Design of the Terminal Building in Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport

摘要 本文介绍了广州新白云国际机场航站楼钢结构设计。航站楼钢屋盖面积约160000m2,全部采用相贯焊接的圆管及方管圆弧形钢桁架结构,是中国目前规模较大的空心管结构工程,其中16~37m高的三角形变截面(三管梭形钢格构)人字形柱、12m及14m跨度的屋面箱形压型钢板是首次在中国应用。设计中还采用了多种形式的相贯节点,包括圆管正偏心的间隙接头及方管的搭接接头。 The steel structure design of the terminal building in Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport is introduced in this paper. The intersecting welded circular and square tube arc truss structures were used to the whole roof covering an area of about 160000m2. This is one of the largest scale structural hollow section welded joint structure used in China. The triangular varying section (shuttle shape) herringbone columns with the heights of 16~37m and the roofing box ribbed metal deck with 12 m and 14 m span were first applied in this country. Varied types of intersecting joints, including gap joint with positive eccentricity for the circular tubes and overlap joint for the square tubes, were also adopted in the design.
