以廉价易得的蔗糖为原料 ,经过酸脱水、水解、室温脱水 3步条件温和的反应合成天然活性物质双 (5 甲酰基糠基 )醚 ,该合成路线未见文献报道。

A facile process for the synthesis of 5,5′ oxydimethylene bis (2 furfural)(1)was reported.From the cheap material sucrose,and via three reactions under mild conditions,including dehydration chlorination,hydrolysis and ZnCl 2 catalytic ether formation,the designed ether (1)was successfully obtained.
