摘要
以甲苯及苯胺为起始原料 ,经过比较温和的反应条件 ,合成抗癌药乐尼安 ,其结构经红外、紫外、元素分析、核磁等得到确证。此方法避免了其同分异构体的生成。
A process of the synthesis of lonidamine a (an anticancer drug) from toluene and aniline was developed.The raw materials can be obtained easily from the market and the reactions can proceed under normal conditions.The structure of the product was identified with an ultra violet spectrum,infra red spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum and elemental analysis.The results conformed to the values obtained from the literature.
