摘要
目的 通过免疫组织化学方法检测雄激素受体(AR)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在脑膜瘤组织中的表达,探讨它们与脑膜瘤的关系。方法 收集术中脑膜瘤标本34例,采用免疫组化S-ABC法检测AR和EGFR在脑膜瘤的表达。结果 34例脑膜瘤标本中,AR阳性为9例(26.5%),EGFR的阳性为28例(82.3%)。AR在微囊型脑膜瘤中高表达。结论 ①AR和EGFR的表达及相互调控可能与脑膜瘤的发生和发展有关。②AR的表达和微囊型脑膜瘤有高度相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation among androgen receptor (AR), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and meningioma. Method The expressions of AR and EGFR were determined by immunohistochemical method in 34 specimens of the meningioma tissues. Results In the 34 meningioma tissue specimens, AR was expressed in 9 and EGFR in 28. The expressions of AR and EGFR was positively correlated with each other, and AR expression was highly positive in the microcapsule meningioma. Conclusion The expressions of AR and EGFR may play an important role in the pathogenesis and growth of meningioma. The expression of AR was highly positively correlated with microcapsule of meningioma.
