三联疗法基础上加β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭

Triple therapy combining with β-receptor blocker in the treatment of heart failure

目的 :探讨三联疗法基础上加 β受体阻滞剂治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。 方法 :4 9例心力衰竭患者随机分为两组 :A组 :2 3例采用三联疗法即卡托普利 ,利尿剂 ,地高辛治疗 6周以上。B组 :2 6例采用三联疗法基础上加 β受体阻滞剂氨酰心安治疗 6周以上。 结果 :B组 :应用氨酰心安后心力衰竭者心功能明显改善。显效率88 4 %。A组 :显效率 6 0 .8% ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在三联疗法治疗基础上加用 β受体阻滞剂可明显改善患者的心脏功能 。

OBJECTIVE: To study on the effect of triple therapy combining with β-receptor blocker in the treatment of heart failure.METHODS: 49 patients were randomly devided into two groups: A groups (23 cases) and B groups (26 cases). The patients in group A were treated with triple therapy captopril, diureticis, digitalis, while in group B triple therapy combining with β-receptor blocker: atenormine. Two groups were treated over 6 weeks. RESULTS: After use of atenolum, the heart funcition of the patients with heart failure were improved significantly. The rate of effectiveness was improved significantly. The rate of effectiveness was 60.8% and 88.4% in group A and group B, respectively.CONCLUSION: Use of β-receptor blocker based on triple therapy may significantly improve the heart function of the patients and increase the survival rate.
