摘要
基于资源共享以获取最大利润的观点 ,提出动态联盟的创立理论 ,并在此基础上构建了动态联盟实现的软环境 ,包括认证机制的建立。
Dynamic alliance has been the main mode of advanced manufacturing in this century. However, the success rate of dynamic alliances is very low in practice. This paper presents the forming theory of dynamic alliances from the view that maximum profits can be acquired through resource sharing,and where upon a soft environment of dynamic alliances can be constructed, which includes authentication mechanism, institutions establishment, and trust relation maintained among member enterprises.
