正常成年人附睾的彩色多普勒超声表现及其检测方法研究

Color Doppler ultrasound of normal adult epididymis

目的 探讨正常成年人附睾的超声表现。方法 随机选择 67例正常人 ,观察附睾的回声形态和血流动力学的变化 ,并参照解剖学和胚胎学进行分析。结果 正常成年人附睾的头部、体部和尾部的厚径和横径 ,左右侧之间测值无差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,附睾的头部呈等回声 ,体、尾部呈低回声。附睾返折部及输精管也可显示。附睾头部、尾部内的动脉血流频谱呈低阻型 ,输精管动脉血流频谱为高阻型。结论 彩色多普勒超声能清晰显示附睾及其附属结构 。

Objective To study the appearances of normal adult epididymis and its detection method by color Doppler ultrasound(CDU).Methods Sixty seven healthy volunteers(aged 18～65 years) were examined by CDU.The sonographic appearances and hemodynamic changes of normal epididymis were analysed,compared with the anatomy and embryology of epididymis.Results The mean diameter of width and thickness for the right epididymal head,body,and tail were approximate to these values for the left side,respectively.None of these values were statistically significantly different.The head of the majority of epididymises appeared isoechoic with respect to the testis.The body and tail of the epididymis was hypoechoic.The reflexa of the epididymis and the vas deferens were also identified.The epididymis flow was demonstraste in the head and tail of the majority of epididymises.Conclusions The epididymis and its appendix structures could be identified by CDU.To know the sonographic appearances of normal epididymis and its detection method may be helpful to diagnosis the epididymis diseases.
