摘要
在分析细长轴类零件弯曲变形的基础上 ,结合行程控制校直工艺计算方法 ,将多弯曲点轴类零件的校直工艺问题作为一种优化问题进行讨论 ,反向校直弯曲作为约束条件之一 ,利用滚动优化算法 ,实现校直工艺实时预测算法 ,得到实时校直压点、支点和行程信息。实验研究表明 ,此算法满足校直精度要求 。
The deformation characters of the thin and long shaft after heat treament and the algorithm for the stroke controlled straightening technology are analyzed. The selection process of the straightening points on the shaft which has complex curve shape is considered as an optimization problem,and the bending due to over straightening is used as a restraint condition. The whole straightening process is actually an on line rolling optimization process. Then the real time forecasting algorithm for the straightening technology is presented,and both the real time straightening press point and the real time straightening stroke can be computed. An experiment has been done with a roller,and the experimental results are satisfying in comparison with the design requirements. The presented algorithm will be helpful for the design of the automatic precise straightening press.
