摘要 掏土纠斜是处理地基不均匀沉降造成建筑物倾斜的有效方法 ,但掏土量控制不当 ,会使基底压力变化过大而出现建筑物整体倾覆的危险。采用邓肯模型建立地基土非线性有限元计算模型 ,对多种掏土纠斜方案中的地基塑性区进行有限元分析 ,从而判断地基的安全程度 ,为防止纠斜过程中建筑物下沉过快和地基失稳事故发生提出了分析方法。 Rectification through scooping soil is a useful means of treating the building inclination due to the non uniform settlement of the foundation. However, the improper controlling of the amount of the scooped soil may result in reverse inclination or overall toppling of the building. In this paper,the Duncan model is adopted to establish the model of nonlinear finite element analysis of foundation soil. The finite element calculation of the plastic failure zone of foundation soil is carried out to decide the safety level of the foundation. A set of analysis methods are suggested to prevent buildings from subsiding too quickly and avoid foundation failure.
