摘要
介绍了直线电机在机床进给系统中应用的进展情况和发展前景 ;把数字控制的直线电机进给系统与滚珠丝杠进给系统的性能进行了对比 ,指出了数字控制的直线电机进给系统的优点 ;在分析了直线电机自身特点的基础上 ,提出了直线电机在设计和应用中应着重解决磁路设计、控制策略和散热问题 ;并给出了直线电机进给系统在活塞异形外圆加工上应用的实例。
Application of the linear motor to the machine tool is introduced as well as the prospect. A contrast between the numerically controlled linear motor system and the ball bearing screw pole system is made,and the advantages of the numerically controlled linear motor system are pointed out. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the linear motor,the leading problems in the design and application of the linear motor are given as follows: the design of magnetic way, the means of control and the blue point of cooling system. Finally, an example of the application of the linear motor to the irregular surface turning of piston is given.
