摘要
探讨了用马氏距离研究基于碱基含量特征的分类方法、用数字信号处理的理论讨论基于碱基位置特征的分类方法、单位序列所含信息量 (即熵 )的多少对 DNA序列进行分类等三种方法 ,建立了对应的分类模型 ,并得到了各模型的算法以及判别函数 ,对解读 DNA全序列图有一定的指导意义 .
This essay deals with three classification ways of the DNA sequences based on Mahalanobis ,digital signal and entropy, establishes related models and figures out their algorithm and differentiating functions,which will be of great help to those who want to understand the DNA sequences
