摘要
上悬式离心机是一种高速旋转大转动惯量的大型设备 ,由于物料粘稠度、料位高度等发生变化 ,很容易造成布料不均匀 ,从而引起设备振动 ,振动严重时损坏设备造成严重安全事故。本文论述了通过检测设备的振动加速度方法对设备进行振动保护 ,详细描述了振动加速度的检测电路设计及其与离心机控制系统的联接方式。
As a suspended centrifuge is a large equipment of high speed spinning with great inertia,and beeause of the changes of the density and the position of the height of raw materials,it is easy to make cloth materials uneven,and serious vibrations will damage the equipment,thus resulting in accidents The paper discusses the method of examining the vibration acceleration of the equipment to protect it,and described in detail the design of an examining circuit for vibration acceleration and its way of connecting the control system of a suspended centrifuge
