摘要
为改善扫描图象质量 ,以进一步提高后期图形识别的精度 ,本文提出用自适应方法选阈值 。
Improving the quality of scanning images may raise the accuracy of the post graph's identification.To eliminate the blue colour when an engineering blueprint is scanned,an adaptive method of selecting threshold is presented.
