摘要
为寻找肝片吸虫保护性疫苗提供分子免疫学依据 ,用免疫印迹分析方法从分子水平研究肝片吸虫不同部位的抗原组分 ,共筛选出 4 6种抗原 ,其中 2 5种抗原性较强 ,并发现不同部位蛋白质抗原的共同性及特征性 。
To find the basis of molecular immunology for protective vaccine of Fasciola hepatica,the antigen components of different parts of Fasciola hepatica are analysed by the way of immunoblotting upon a molecular level.46 antigens are screened,and 25 of which are stronger antigens,the common and particular characteristics of different parts of protein antigen are found.And several Fasciola hepatica antigens unreported before are screened,too
