摘要
研究了超高强度钢靶板在弹丸穿甲过程中绝热剪切带的特性与分布·结果表明 :剪切带的出现 ,可以协调超高强度钢靶板弹孔附近材料在受冲击时的变形 ,避免材料在变形过程中因不协调而过早发生脆性开裂·绝热剪切带硬度很高 ,因此可以承受较高的断裂应力·由于剪切破坏往往吸收较多的弹丸冲击能量 ,因而可大大削弱弹丸进一步穿甲的能力·超高强度钢中绝热剪切带的出现对减弱弹丸在冲击过程中所造成的破坏并非一无是处·
The characteristic and distribution of the adiabatic shear bands in a ultra high strength steel target penetrated by bullet were studied. It is shown that the adiabatic shear bands can coordinate the deformation nearby the perforation which results in occuring brittle breaking apart early. The hardness of adiabatic shear bands is very high, so it can bear very high fracture stress. Due to consume more energy of bullet, the shear fracture can decrease the ability of bullet further penetration in. So,it can be concluded that the adiabatic shear bands in ultra high strength steel target are not so detrimental as one expected.
