摘要
锅炉憋压运行技术的关键在于提高锅炉的运行参数 ,使其尽量在额定负荷下运行 ,以达到较高的热效率 ,对高出力低负荷热水系统采用了热水锅炉间歇式运行方式 ,以达到节能的目的。整个研究过程中采用了正平衡法 ,在此基础上 ,对热水锅炉间歇式运行节能和周期性进行了讨论 ,得出了间歇式运行的节能公式及锅炉运行时间、停炉时间及其时间比的关系式。锅炉间歇式运行不但可以节能 。
When the technique of 'boiler Sultry pressure running' is applied, because boiler's efficiency raises by promoting running parameters up to the designed values, boiler's periodic running is brought forward for the high output and low load situation. By using the positive balance method, the paper is devoted to a discussion on the period running of the boiler to save energy. Relations among energy saving, boiler's running time, standing by time and time ratio are discussed in detail. In addition, the periodic running of the boiler will save the labor of the workers.
