A Modified CKS-DEA Model with Qualitative Factors Included and Its Application

指出了CKS DEA模型存在常常将很多决策单元评价为效率单元的问题。采用两层价值位置嵌套排序对CKS DEA模型依赖的价值排序结构给予了改进 ,并基于该嵌套排序结构提出了CKS DEA模型的改进模型。在高新技术企业效率评价方面的实际应用表明 ,改进的CKS DEA模型能够较有效地克服原模型效率评价分辨率较差问题。

When the CKS DEA model is applied to practical efficiency evaluations,it often results in such a problem that too many DMUs are unreasonably evaluated as efficient units.To overcome the drawback of the CKS DEA model,this paper presents a new structure for ranking decision making units on each qualitative factor.Based on the ranking structure,the paper further presents a modified CKS DEA model and applies it to a real evaluation problem.The application proves that the modified CKS DEA model can well overcome the drawback of the original model.
