The process of directly transporting hydrogen gas produced in ion-exchange membrane cells to hydrochloric acid synthesis,the process of transporting high-purity hydrochloric acid,the process of water circulation for the production of high-purity hydrochloric acid and the process of water circulation for the production of sodium hypochlorite were modified to save energy and decrease consumption.
