叔碳酸酯改性聚酯印铁涂料的研制

摘要 采用叔碳酸酯为原料合成高固体含量聚酯树脂 ,与甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂交联制备聚酯印铁涂料 ;研究了叔碳酸酯的添加量对涂膜性能的影响 ,研究发现当叔碳酸的添加量为 3%~ 5 % ,聚酯印铁涂料具有良好的耐冲击性能。 The high solid content polyester tin plate paints were synthesized via amino resin crosslinked with polyester resin which obtained from glycidyl vessatic acid, polyols and polyacids. The efects of the amount of glycidyl vessatic acid on the performance of polyester tin plate paints were discussed. It has been confirmed that polyester tin plate paints possessed good properties such as good impact resistance, high hardness and good solvent resistance as adding 3%~5% glycidyl vessatic acid.
