Requirements for community nurses and their quality

社区护士在社区卫生服务中承担重要的任务,他们要为社区人群提供心理-生理-社会全方位、连续性、以预防为主方向的服务。因此,社区护士需要有全面的健康教育知识和一定的社会工作能力;良好的心理素质和沟通能力;强烈的使命感、责任感和高尚的敬业精神;全面的专业技术理论知识和相关学科的理论知识及技能,掌握现代信息知识,熟练使用计算机。

Community nurses undertake great roles in community hygienic service by looking into the incidences and spectrum of diseases in health investigation and health examination. They have to provide continuous and preventive service on the psychological, physiological and social basis. Therefore, community nurses needs to have social ability, full-scale health education knowledge, proper psychological quality and communicative ability, powerful obligations, responsibilities and honorable professional moralities, full professional and technological theory, knowledge and techniques of related subjects as well as mastery of imformation knowledge and familarity with the use of computer.
