白内障手术患者的健康教育需求与对策

Demands of patients with cataract extraction for health education and nursing strategies

通过对142例白内障手术患者进行健康教育内容及方式需求调查,发现只有11％～32％患者掌握白内障的相关知识;对于健康教育方式93％患者选择与医护人员交谈,36％患者倾向选择文字介绍。采取针对性健康教育对策后,56％～97％患者对疾病以及手术相关知识的认知水平提高了,改变了不良生活习惯.增强了白内障手术效果,对术后康复起到了良好的促进作用,融洽了护患关系。

After surveying the health education demands of 142 patients with cataract extraction, the authors found that: only 11%-32% of them knew relevant knowledge of cataract! 93% chose interview with doctors and nurses and 36% turned to literate introduction in view of education methods. After adoption of pointed heath education, 56%-97% of the patients achived significartly in understading the disease and relevant knowledge about cataract extraction so that they chose to change bad living habits, which improves operation effects, promotes their rehabilitation and thus inproves the relationships between nurses and patients.
