整体护理与功能制护理对精神病人住院治疗态度影响的比较

Comparing the Influences of Integrated Nursing and Functional Nursing on Patients Attitude to Hospitalization

目的 探讨精神病人对入院治疗的态度 ,并将整体护理与功能制护理对精神病人住院态度影响作比较。方法 应用自编“精神病人住院治疗的态度调查”问卷。调查了 149例病人入院时与好转后对于住院治疗的态度。其中 80例入住整体护理病房 ,6 9例入住功能制护理病房。结果 病人经治疗显效或痊愈后 ,治疗态度明显好转“需要住院治疗”“愿意入院治疗”2项的P <0 .0 0 0 1。入住整体护理病区的病人在第 2次调查中 ,感到住院恐惧、没有自由、没有娱乐方面均比入住功能制护理病区的少 ,(各P <0 .0 0 0 1) ,在可否接受强制性入院 1项 ,第 1次调查整体护理区与功能护理区无差异 ,P >0 .0 0 5。而第 2次调查有明显差异 ,P<0 .0 0 0 1。结论 从入院到显效或痊愈 ,病人对住院治疗的态度朝积极的方向发展。整体护理病区应用护理程序 ,重视护士与病人的交流和沟通 ,使病人对住院的恐惧减轻 ,住院态度由负面转向正面。

Objective To explore psychiatric patients attitude towards hospitalization, to compare the influence of integrated nursing and functional nursing on patients attitude to hospitalization. Methods The self made questionnaire named 'The investigation on the attitude of psychiatric patients to hospitalization' were used in 149 cases, 80 cases from integrated ward and the other 69 cases from functional nursing ware. Results The attitude of patients improved significantly after clinical condition be improved or be cured. For the two items 'need treatments' and 'prefer to treatments',P<0.0001. In second investigation, patents from the integrative nursing ward showed less feeling of hospitalization terror, losing freedom and less amusement than that of the patients from functional nursing wards, P<0.000 1.There was no significant difference between two kinds of wards patients in the item of 'accept being forced to hospitalization'.But in first investigation, there was significant difference.Conclusions From hospitalization to being improved or cured, the attitude of patients to hospitalization developed in positive way. Integrative nursing laid stress on the communication between the nurses and the patients, and the varied and colorful recreational activities could release the terror of hospitalization, the attitude of patients turned from the negative to positive direction.
