摘要
通过对12个水稻F_1杂种和2个品种的稻穗构成因子研究表明:在诸个稻穗构成因子中,主穗小穗数,一次枝梗数的遗传力最高;与主穗小穗数呈极显著遗传正相关的稻穗构成因子是一次枝梗数和二次枝梗数;一次枝梗数的通径系数最大,所以,它对主穗小穗数的直接效应最大。根据试验结果,以一次枝梗数多且配合力好的基因型作亲本,容易获得大穗型的杂种一代。
Having studied the panicle structure of 14 entries, it is reproted that among the panicle components, the number of spikelets on the main panicle (Tsp) and of primary branch (PB) had the highest heritability. A significant positive correlation between Tsp and PB, also between Tsp and the number of secondary branch (SB) was found. PB had a greater direct effect on Tsp than any other panicle components. Therefore the large-panicle type of rice hybrids could be bred by using genotypes with more PB and good combining ability of PB as parents.
