摘要
作者采用常规的组织分离,单孢分离、孢子培养及接种方法,以毒力频率评价菌株间的互作类型,研究了4个单孢菌株及其组合在12个水稻品种上的相互作用。结果表明:不同组合、不同接种顺序、不同间隔时间接种,菌株间均有互作效应,但没有明确规律性。互作类型还可随环境变化而改变。菌株在显症速度上也存在互作,显症速度与最终病情成正相关。单孢菌株的毒力频率越高,显症越快,显症率越高。本文最后对人工接种有关问题进行了讨论。
The interaction typcs(IT) of four single-spore isolates and their combinations on twelve rice cultivars were studied in terms of virulence frequcncy(VF). The results showed that there existed various interactive effects among different isolate combinations, inoculation sequences and intervals, but the interaction was not significantly regular. It was suggested that IT might be changed with the change of environment. An interaction of the velocity of lesion appearance (LA) could also be seen among isolates, which was positively correlated with the final disease severity. The higher the VF of a single-spore isolate was, the faster the lesion appearance and the higher the frequency of LA. In the end, some aspects concerning artificial
inoculation were discussed.
