摘要
本文就猪的胚胎移植及其相关的胚胎生物技术,包括超数排卵、同期发情、胚胎移植、胚胎体外培养及保存、胚胎分割、嵌合体动物制作、性别控制、卵母细胞体外培养及体外受精、受精卵的基因转移和胚胎的核移植等,进行了综述。
Researches in the area of pig embryo transfer and the related embryonic biotechnology are reviewed in the paper. In details, advances in the study on superovulation, estrus synchronization, culturing and preserving embryo in vitro, embryo splitting, producing chimaera animals, sexing control, culture of oocyte and its fertilization in vitro, gene transfer of fertilized eggs, and embryonic muclear transfer are presented.
