摘要 目的:探讨磁共振成像(MRI)在前列腺癌诊断中的作用。方法:对55例经前列腺活检证实为前列腺疾病患者(包括前列腺癌25例,非前列腺癌30例)进行了MRI检查,并将MRI检查结果与经直肠超声(TRUS)检查结果进行比较。结果:MRI和TRUS对前列腺癌诊断的准确率分别为75.0%和71.4%,两者差异无显著性意义。结论:MRI是评价前列腺癌的一种较好的影像学方法,有助于前列腺癌的临床分期。 Purpose: To evaluate the role of magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods: We studied the pathohistological accuracy of MRI, comparing with that of TRUS. 55 cases suspicious of prostatic diseases (prostate cancer 25 cases, nonprostate cancer 30 cases) histologically diagnosed by biopsy were studied. Results: The accuracy of clinical diagnosis in MRI and TRUS were 75. 0% and 71. 4% , There is no significant difference. Conclusions: MRI is the method of choice to the evaluation of the prostate cancer.
