微波手术、局部注射加抗病毒三联治疗复发性尖锐湿疣临床观察

Combining treatment of microwave,local injection and antiviral drugs on recurrent condyloma acuminate

目的:观察微波手术、局部注射加抗病毒三联治疗复发性尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。方法:用微波除疣、局部交替注射免疫调节剂加阿昔洛韦1.0 g/d静脉滴注治疗复发性CA患者46例(三联治疗组),不加阿昔洛韦治疗41例(二联治疗组),并进行比较和追踪观察。结果:两组近期疗效(3-6个月)均较好,治愈率为80％,三联治疗组远期(12-18个月)疗效与近期疗效无差异(P>0.05),而二联治疗组在治疗后18个月复发率高达43.9％。结论:三联治疗复发性CA具有较好的远期疗效,值得推广应用。

Purpose: To investigate the efficacy of the combining treatment of microwave, local injection and antiviral drugs for the treatent of recurrent condyloma acuminate. Methods: Microwave, local injection of immune modulators with intravenous usage of acyclovir were given in the fist group of 46 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminate. Microwave, local injection without acyclovir were given to the second group of 41 cases, the efficacies were compared and followed-up. Results: The cured rates were 80% or so in both groups in short period (3-6 months). The efficacy was maintained to long period (12-18 months) in the first group, while the replase rate was 43. 9% in the second group after 18 month. Conclusions: The combination schemes of Microwave,local injection and antiviral drugs have a satisfactory long term effects on recurrent condyloma acuminate. It is recommend to be used widely.
