cyclinD_1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及与肿瘤增殖活性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究cyclinD1在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCC)标本中的表达情况及其与肿瘤增殖活性的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测45例TCC和12例正常膀胱cyclinD1和Ki-67抗原的表达。结果:①正常膀胱组织无cyclinD1表达,Ki-67抗原的表达低于TCC(P-0.011);②随着肿瘤分期、分级的增高,cyclinD1阳性率下降(P=0.001),Ki-67标记指数上升(P=0.004,P=0.001),而cyclinlD1的表达在肿瘤初发和复发及单发和多发之间比较,差异无显著性意义(P=0.221,P=0.141),肿瘤复发组和多发组Ki-67指数高于初发组和单发组(P=0.014,P=0.034.);③cyclinD1和Ki-67抗原的表达呈负相关(r=0.4109,P=0.005)。结论:cyclinD1在TCC的早期起重要作用;Ki-67指数能准确地评估TCC的生物学行为,二者可作为TCC有重要意义的肿瘤标志物。 Purpose: To study the relationship of cyclinD1 expression and the tumor proliferative activity of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods: The expression of cyclinD1 and Ki-67 in specimen from 45 cases bladder transitional cell carcinoma and that from 12 controls were detected by immunohistochmistry (SP). Results: 1Expression of cyclinD1 was found in 55. 5% of TCCs and none of controls( P =0. 001) , and expression of Ki-67 was observed in 48. 87% of TCCs and 8. 33% of controls ( P =0. 011). (2) With the progression of tumor grades and clinical stages, the positive rates of cyclinD1 expression decreased ( F =0. 001, P =0. 001) and that of Ki-67 increased ( P =0. 001, P =0. 004). Furthermore, there were no significant correlations between cyclinD1 expression and number of lesions and postoperative reccurance ( P =0. 221, P =0. 141). Ki-67 LI in recurrent lesions and multiple lesions were greater than that in primary lesions and singular lesions ( P =0. 014, P =0. 034). (3) There was a highly significant inverse correlation between the expression of cyclinDi and Ki-67 ( r = -0. 4109, P = 0.005). Conclusions: CyclinDi overexpression can play an important role in the early stage of bladder tumor genesis and Ki-67 LI can accurately evaluate the tumor proliferative activity of bladder TCCs. They might act as useful tumor markers.
